Balanced Body Movement begins w/ guided meditation

I use the principles of ballet basics to build strong scaffolding, supptortive muscles and balanced movements in a… dance-lite sort of way!

And I do so in all my classes wtih the sage-age individuals I work with, and we get amazing results.

We use our sage-age wisdom to start where we’re at, honor the learning curve, and know we can move ourselves forward.

We measure our succes, not by class, or by week, or month, but by where were at next year at this time.

Please let me know the class you are interested in, what exercise or movement background you have, or any concerns about your body. I will get back to you as soon as possible to meet with you and get you started.
